Mollard Christmas Schedule and Ordering Information

We will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We will be back in the office Friday morning, December 26. Orders placed after Sunday, December 21 might not be processed until Friday, December 26, or after, depending on volume; RUSH orders will have priority.

Domestic customers please note: orders should be submitted before Monday, December 15, to secure arrival in time for Christmas with normal delivery; RUSH orders should be placed before December 19. RUSH orders placed after December 18 might arrive by Christmas but it would be best to order sooner. International customers please note: orders should be placed not later than Thursday, December 4, for probable delivery by Christmas. Owing to the huge backlog that occurs in customs offices in December it would be best to order as soon as possible if delivery by Christmas is desired.

Mollard Batons will also be closed on the afternoon of December 31 and on January 1, 2009.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Baton overall length shown includes handle.
- NEW; Mollard Batons can now engrave your name, or the name of your gift recipient on the wooden shaft of the baton of your choice.  The cost is $10.00 per baton for a name (ex.: Doe, John Doe or John David Doe).  This capability is new and we have not added it to this order form.  Instead, in order to make certain there are no errors, we ask that you phone or email (contact info at page bottom) us for more information, including quotations for longer strings of engraved text.
- Batons with custom engraving are non-refundable and custom-engraving is not available for rush orders.
- International Customers Note:You will probably be charged "customs duties" or "import taxes" when you receive your shipment. These charges, which Mollard Batons has no way to calculate or prepay, are NOT included in our shipping and handling charge. Customs duties and import taxes can and do vary widely. Please consult your local customs office for further information.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. or choose "RUSH ORDER" below.  RUSH shipping provides 2nd business day delivery; (an order received after noon on a Friday is generally processed on the following Monday and is generally delivered on Wednesday).  Your additional cost for RUSH shipping, including the RUSH handling charge of $7.50, will not exceed $28 for an order of less than $200 value within the continental US unless shipment by US Postal Service is required.  RUSH shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, and for international orders can be much more expensive.  We will email the cost to you and request your approval before we proceed with your order.

Shipping Charges may be higher if your order requires shipment via the US Postal Service (ex.: P.O. Box or University Box).  We will notify you and request your approval before we process your order in such a case.  Please provide a physical "Ship To" address if possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable on orders cancelled after shipment.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

It happens: "Oops - that's not what I meant to order!" Fret not - it’s easy:

1. Visit our website www.mollard.com or call us (800 842 2866) to determine the shipping costs to send you your replacement items.

2. Re-pack your items. Please include a note telling us what items you really want, where to ship them, and your contact information in case we have questions for you. Be sure to include a check, money order or credit card number (with correct card name, billing address and expiration date) to cover return shipping.

3. Send us your package either by insured US mail (to our PO Box address) or by UPS (to our physical address). When we receive your package, and everything is clear to us, we will promptly ship you the replacement items. If you include a check for return shipping, please allow 10 business days for check clearance. Obviously credit card payment is the fastest!
